  • Applies and develops basic skills in the execution of existing procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to the receiving position to insure Repair Station compliance to FAA, EASA, Customer and Company compliance.

  • Performs and manages administrative functional support to the shipping/ receiving department.

  • Receives goods, verifies items against record of shipment and purchase order requirements.

  • Ships finished goods completing all required paperwork to all internal and external compliance requirements.

  • Updates information on computer to maintain inventory records.

  • Performs SAP transactions as required for parts being purchased, received & shipped into inventory.

  • Records received & shipped items according to established system procedures.

  • Deliver items to designated areas if applicable.

  • Label and process transactions according to established procedures.

  • Ensure the completion of all paper work relating to the receipt of goods.

  • Organize materials of received for quality inspections if applicable.

  • Assists with unloading, loading, and transport (forklift) of materials and finished products.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualification:

  • Fork lift 1 year experience preferred

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office computer skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness.

  • Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, co-workers, customers, etc.

  • Ability to be regular and predictable in attendance.

  • Ability to work under stress, common deadlines and under pressure.

  • Ability to follow rules and policies of the company.

  • Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

  • Must read, write, speak and understand English language.

  • Ability to provide verification of US Citizenship or permanent residency to satisfy ITAR/EAR restrictions.

  • Must be able to work varying shifts, including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and overtime as required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • May be required to pass annual certification test verifying ability to operate machinery, equipment, forklift, overhead crane, sealant, and torque.

  • Physical requirements:

  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, reach, stoop, bend, climb, twist, crouch, squat, kneel, turn/pivot, push/pull, lift up to 50 lbs. for 8+ hours per day

  • Ability to operate forklift, overhead crane, sanders, paint guns, and basic hand tools.

Education:

  • AA/AS or other post high school training (two years duration) with 3 years’ experience OR

  • High school diploma with 5 years’ experience
