HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Air Advisor Support at Shaw, AFB, SC . This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide detailed air advisor force support to include Request for Forces (RFF) development, Concept of Operations development and other task support orders to the USAFCENT/A3.
Maintain a database of all Joint Sourced, USAF Sourced, or Individual Augmentee Air Advisors deployed within the AOR.
Define and integrate Partner Nation airpower capacity development programs into normal TSC planning and strategy development.
Assist in the coordination of Irregular Warfare Force Development and Air Advisor Training
Review organization mission, functions, and manning issues, to identify requirements and initiate requests for additional resources including personnel, overtime, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives.
Establish minimum qualifications and certifications used by the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) to select the individuals for deployment as Air Advisors. This includes aircrew qualifications, operational experience, and other certifications.
Assist with development and maintenance of the Air Component’s Mission Essential Task List (METL) for Air Advisors.
Analyze Combatant Command (CCMD) and other DoD directives to draft Air Component policy, guidance, and directives for pre-deployment ground and aircrew training requirements for assigned conventional force Air Advisors.
Assist development of support strategies to integrate security transition command policy and achieve the CCMD’s vision.
Provide Security Assistance liaison support for International Military Education and Training (IMET) Program development and existing and future Security Cooperation programs (e.g. Foreign Military Sales (FMS)).
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of three years’ experience in a Component or Numbered AF or HHQ staff position.
Minimum of three years’ experience performing deliberate and crisis action planning, personnel management, knowledge in building/modifying RFF, knowledge of Force Tracking Numbers system, and Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES) functions.
Previous rated officer, Air Advisor, and Instructional System Design (ISD) experience desired.
Strong background in staff officer functions to include tasker management, briefing, and writing skills.
