Pensacola Bay Support Services, a Joint Venture of IAP Worldwide Services and EMCOR Government Services, has been awarded the Pensacola Base Operations Support Contract.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provides administrative support including scheduling meetings and staff functions, travel arrangements, typing, filing, triaging incoming calls, data entry, preparing expense reports, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

  • Works independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects.

  • Distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail including bulk mail.

  • Orders office supplies and monitors inventory.

  • Updates and maintains mailing lists.

  • Produces mailing labels and reports as requested.

  • Assists with various program operations.

  • Coordinates and sets up catering for meetings.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education & Experience:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of professional executive support experience is desired.

License & Certifications:

  • Vocational training required in the Carpenter field.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
