Kelly Services Front Desk Data Entry Specialist in Pensacola, Florida

Job Description

In this position, you will provide general administrative support for the office, including front desk duties, incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and maintaining supplies and data entry.


-Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office assistant

-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

-Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel

-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

This position is Monday through Friday and is 30 hours per week.
