Description:

The Squadron Ground and Flight Scheduling Analyst will:

  • Assist in forecasting, developing and coordinating with various internal and external agencies with the execution of the 492 SOG flying and ground range schedule

  • Schedule approximately 200-500 people, working in close concert with operations personnel to track daily flying operations and coordinate scheduling and training requirements to ensure aircrew currency and qualification

  • While solving complex problems and last minute changes, contractors must assure 100 percent mission requirements are filled with no gaps in mission coverage

Requirements:

  • AFSOC CAA/AvFID or AFSOC aircrew experience;

  • Specific experience in an AFSOC Wing, Group, or Squadron Current Operations shop

  • Extensive experience with all facets of Microsoft Office (predominantly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Contractor personnel will be proficient in the utilization of Center Scheduling Enterprise and Patriot Excalibur (PEX) programs

  • Current SECRET clearance is required.
